The story revolves around Gautam Khanna (Saif Ali Khan), speedwell D'Costa (Deepika Padukone) and Meera Gupta (Diana Penty). Gautam Khanna (Saif Ali Khan) continually had a dream to travel to London and have employment. His dream is consummated and he gets employment. however his female parent, Nita (Dimple Kapadia) says that she should settle his wedding to a lady and then he should wait. She finds her good 'bahu' in Meera Gupta (Diana Penty). however she doesn't tell Gautam concerning this and tells Meera's oldsters even to not tell Meera. She tells Gautam to require her friend's girl Meera as she has associate assignment in London for three days. On the flight, Meera and Gautam bind one another. In London, Meera has some issues finishing her assignment and thus fails to convey it on time. She loses her job on the other hand Gautam consoles her. they are going on a beach party and there they meet speedwell D'Costa (Deepika Padukone). once some days of living with one another, Gautam falls dotty with speedwell. however the factor that Gautam does not fathom her is that speedwell is already dotty with Jeremy Viegas (Randeep Hooda). Now, Meera has began to fall dotty with Gautam and Jeremy has started disliking speedwell owing to her choosey behavior and commenced dotty Meera.
